Fusion People are seeking a highly skilled Excavator Operator to join the team of a leading civil contractor on various sites across Western Sydney. This role would suit anyone who is looking for a rewarding career with stability and variety in their work. Key Responsibilities Minimum 3 years experience operating excavators Current valid VOC or SOA Experience in detailed excavation works including trenching , levelling , footings, batters , and bulk earthworks Stormwater and drainage experience , including pits and pipe installation Final Trim and GPS Experience (Trimble, Topcon, or similar) Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport Must have valid license and reliable transport Strong work ethic with the ability to problem-solve on site Comfortable working autonomously and within a crew What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate and benefits package.
